Josh Bridgeman
Josh has worked in the lettings industry for over 10 years obtaining his industry qualification back in 2016, meeting some fantastic people and making some great relationships along the way. Josh has an abundance of experience at all levels of letting industry and property management, working his way up to lettings manager in a large cooperate agent and then on to leading and growing a very successful independent agency in the local area before making the jump to running his own business, Signature Lettings.
Courtney Chamberlain
Courtney has been in the rental industry for 8 years, achieving her industry ARLA qualification in July 2023. With her very friendly but driven approach Courtney provides excellent customer service and is regularly receiving positive feedback from our customers. Courtney lives locally and has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience of the local area over the past 26 years. Myah Taylor
Myah has worked in the Lettings industry for the past 9 years in both larger corporate agencies and more recently local independent. Myah holds the recognised industry qualification - level 3 Lettings and Property Manager Arla qualification which is something we are pleased to have supported her with in the past. Myah has most recently held a position as an assistant manager with a local agent before taking a small break to have her first baby, so we know that she is going to be a huge asset to our already experienced team and support the building and growth of Signature Lettings.
Giovanni Amoroso
Giovanni has been in the industry for more than 17 years and boasts fantastic local knowledge and expertise in selling property. Starting his career with one of the UK’s largest corporate estate agents Giovanni has worked all roles from Sales Negotiator to Branch Manager. Giovanni prides himself in providing first class customer service to ensure the process of buying and selling is as stress free as possible. Giovanni is mainly on the road bringing properties to the market but is always on hand and more than happy to get involved in making sure our customers are always happy.
