To our Fully Managed service that will allow you to sit back and relax while we handle any issues that may arise at the property throughout the course of the letting.

Cost: 75% of the 1st months rent + VAT

Fully managed service (In addition to above)

 

Cost: 10% + VAT of the monthly rent & Initial set up cost of £350.00 + VAT


  • Quarterly/half yearly visits to the property and report
  • Repair Management
  • Photographic Checkout report*
  • Deposit Resolution between landlords & tenants
  • Utility Management (Gas, Electric, Water & Council Tax)
  • Safety Certificate Management (Gas, Electric, EPC’s)

  • Fixed Term Renewal - £125.00 + VAT

 

  • Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) - £99.00 + VAT

 

  • Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) + Boiler Service - £150.00 + VAT

 

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - £99.00 + VAT

 

  • Electrical Safety Certificate (EICR) - £210.00 + VAT

 

  • Key Cutting admin fee - £15.00 + VAT in addition to cost of keys 

 

  • Issuing of Section 21 - £125.00 + VAT

 

  • Issuing of Section 13 (Rental increase) - £95.00 + VAT
